Team Coaching Session

This 50-minute session is designed to work with teams of 2 to 8 people who work together on specific processes or performance goals. We focus on identifying the underlying causes of performance gaps and work on solutions to address those problems.

Three Team Session Package

Three 50-minute sessions designed to work with teams of 2 to 8 people who work together on specific processes or performance goals. Through multiple sessions we identify the underlying causes of performance gaps and have the opportunity to evaluate potential solutions to find the best way forward.

Stakeholder Interview

A 45-minute interview with an internal or external stakeholder that can provide valuable context into the specific problem or issue that the team is trying to solve. I work directly with you to understand who these people might be and whether they should be included in the solution process.

Sponsor Success Meetings

A package of three 60-minute meetings with and project sponsor(s) to maximize chances of success. Meeting topics include: 1) Establishing the goals and expectations for the project, 2) A mid-project check-in to provide feedback and adjust the plan if needed, 3) Reviewing the outcome of our work and identifying any resources that might be needed to sustain the solution.
