I bring over 10 years of experience in leadership development, assessment, and organizational interventions – working with corporate and military leaders alike. My approach is practical, human, and designed to support people driving meaningful change.

I started my career working as an internal consultant with Fortune 500 companies managing employee listening and action planning programs. I spent years negotiating with executive leadership, general managers, and local teams within global companies to find impactful and sustainable ways to turn employee insights into action.

I began supporting the U.S. Submarine Force in 2018 as the lead scientist building a modernized psychological readiness assessment for new recruits. I ran the first competency modeling study for successful submariners that informed a new program to assess and develop new recruits. Most recently, I have built on my success with assessment and development in the Submarine Force to developing the first formal assessment and development program for non-technical leadership skills in the U.S. Navy.

I have a unique perspective on how organizational culture and leadership behaviors trickle down to impact everything from team communication, retention, and performance. I also have the ability to effectively engage employees at all levels of the organization as active participants in designing and implementing solutions that work. In 2024 I decided to pursue a certification from the College of Executive Coaching and have found a way to use the insights I’ve gathered to support leaders in discovering how to use their strengths to build better relationships, enhance their influence, and get more done.
