I bring over 10 years of experience in leadership development, assessment, and change strategy – working with corporate and military leaders alike. My coaching approach is practical, human, and designed to support people driving meaningful change.
A key part of my work has been rooted in participatory design: engaging frontline employees and leaders as co-creators in organizational change initiatives. I believe that sustainable transformation comes from within, and I specialize in helping organizations unlock the wisdom already present in their people. Whether it’s through collaborative assessment, intervention co-design, or inclusive evaluation, I bring a systems-aware, people-first mindset to every engagement.
I also hold a Level 3 Hogan Certification, enabling me to use advanced personality assessment tools to deepen self-awareness and leadership insight. This allows my clients to better understand how their values, derailers, and day-to-day behaviors shape their leadership impact – and how to grow from there.
